Feedbolt
Knowledge Base
Feedbolt allows you to uncover what your team or employees think by asking them questions where they are.
Feedbolt makes the process of creating a survey seamless but the best part is that it sends the survey where they already are: in Slack. You don’t need to keep nudging them via forgotten emails or direct messages. We’ll make sure they are aware of the new survey. They won’t be disrupted as they won’t need to leave Slack to answer the questions.
Surveys consist on a set of question that you want to ask your colleagues.
You can choose your question to be optional. Users will be able to submit the survey while leaving these questions unanswered.
When adding a question to a survey you can pick among the following set of question types:
1. Single choice
This question will allow users to select a single response among a set of options.
2. Multiple choice
This question will allow users to select one or more options among all options.
3. Text
This question will allow users to input some text a response. The maximum number of characters allowed for these questions is 500.
For now, all responses submitted to Feedbolt will be anonymous. We are planning to incorporate other options in the future.
This fact will be shown to users when they open a survey.
Once users start completing your survey you’ll be able to see their responses.
You’ll be able to download all the responses from your users for further analysis.
Here you can find a list of questions that you can use in your own surveys.
